Collin County holds 79.7% of Prosper's residents, with the rest in Denton County, so county counts are the closest view of local competition. There are 1,400 physicians' offices (2.91 times a typical county), 780 dentists (2.35 times), 770 real estate agents and brokers and 124 roofing contractors, a count that grew 42.5%. Those are county figures, not Prosper's own. They suggest that clinics and real estate pages compete with the whole region, while a roofer faces a smaller field that is expanding quickly.
